I made him a soft, rounded 3D character designed specifically for animation. The focus was on preserving his iconic simplicity (large spherical forms, short limbs, a prominent belly, and minimal facial features) while translating him into a smooth, stylized three-dimensional model. I exaggerated his proportions slightly to enhance charm: a fuller stomach, softer cheeks, and gently curved limbs to emphasize his plush, toy-like quality. The pose shows him peacefully asleep atop a slightly tipped honeypot, as if he drifted off mid-snack. The honeypot has thick honey spilling outward in slow, rounded drips to enhance visual storytelling. Overall, the character is warm, innocent, and cozy, capturing a quiet, playful moment suitable for gentle animated motion like breathing and subtle honey movement.

His design communicates approachability through oversized eyes, soft rounded features, and expressive proportions, making him feel welcoming rather than intimidating. The stack of books symbolizes accumulated knowledge, while his glasses represent clarity, insight, and focus. He is a virtual educator companion designed to guide learners through knowledge, curiosity, and calm exploration in immersive VR environments. Winston represents wisdom, patience, and lifelong learning. He does not simply function as a teacher, but as a mentor that offers guidance, encouragement, and interactive educational support. He transforms education into a comforting, engaging, and immersive experience that turns knowledge into something that feels personal, friendly, and alive!
Popo the Panda
He is a tiny, loyal emotional-support companion designed specifically for virtual reality. Shape Lab was intuitive and provided hands-on 3D sculpting in VR, making it the perfect tool for creating soft, stylized characters with simple geometry and expressive forms. Popo is intentionally designed with rounded, blobby shapes to emphasize cuteness and accessibility, including a chubby round belly, an oversized head, and big glassy expressive eyes that all work together to add both personality and visual storytelling. Popo was born in a bamboo forest that exists between dreams and reality. This is a peaceful in-between world where emotions shape the environment. Too small to survive alone, he forms deep emotional bonds with humans for safety and connection. He follows his person everywhere, absorbing their emotions and transforming anxiety, fear, and stress into calm, comforting energy.
